Water

Drinking plenty of water is one of the simplest things you can do to keep your skin youthful. Since your body is made up of nearly 60% water, it’s critical that you provide your cells with an adequate supply to stay hydrated and plump. Tea

Green tea has been touted for its anti-aging properties for years. That’s because it contains polyphenols, which fight free radicals in the body that break down collagen and elastin. Drinking green tea also keeps skin hydrated, promoting a youthful appearance.

Other teas containing polyphenols include black tea, oolong tea, and white tea. Polyphenols in tea are also responsible for reducing inflammation, which is a major contributor to the aging process. Additionally, some research has linked drinking tea with reducing the risk of skin cancer.

Red Wine
